I’m Tina, a holistic healer and shamanic practitioner offering a gentle, heart-led space for emotional, energetic, and spiritual transformation. My work supports people in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, healing old wounds, and restoring harmony between mind, body, and spirit.
My path as a healer began in 2012 with my own initiation and training through Second Sight Healing School in Sussex, where I completed a three-year Shamanic Practitioner training. I now have the privilege of supporting the same school as a teacher’s assistant. Alongside my shamanic work, I bring over 14 years of experience as a registered counsellor and psychotherapist, with additional training in mindfulness, meditation, and intuitive energy healing.
Working from the heart and in deep collaboration with compassionate spirit allies, I offer a space where ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic understanding meet. My sessions are a sacred co-creation — intuitive and grounded, always honouring your unique path.
Drawing inspiration from Toltec teachings in Mexico, shamanic guidance in Wales, and a deep relationship with Yew Tree medicine, my practice invites you into a rich landscape of transformation. These teachings of death, rebirth, and conscious dreaming continue to shape the way I hold space for healing and soul work.
In one-to-one sessions, I offer a range of shamanic healing practices, including:
Shamanic Journeys – Guided journeys into the non-ordinary realms to connect with your spirit guides, inner child, or higher self. Using drum, song, and intuitive guidance, these journeys support insight, emotional release, and inner clarity.
- Power Retrieval – To restore lost personal power and reconnect with your vitality and inner strength.
- Soul Retrieval – A gentle process of calling back fragmented or lost parts of the self, often due to trauma or challenging life experiences.
