Established in 2014
The Wilbury Clinic was established in 2014 by founders Vajralila and Sudakini. For a decade, they nurtured a thriving home for practitioners at the clinic’s original base on Wilbury Road (from which the clinic takes its name).
New Directorship 2024
Today, the clinic is under the directorship of Toni Goodall — a therapist, supervisor, and facilitator whose work is grounded in the values of community, collaboration, and kindness.
Toni’s vision is for Wilbury to be an innovative hub of community, connection, creativity, and learning — a place where practitioners feel supported and inspired in their professional journeys, and where clients can find compassionate, high-quality therapy in a safe and contemporary environment.

It was a pleasure to look after such a beautiful space for therapies in Brighton and Hove. It was a privilege to be part of co-creating this environment and participating in a community of dedicated professionals. I have particularly enjoyed witnessing how a private practice grows and hearing how much therapists and clients appreciated the space we provided.
