I am a friendly, experienced humanistic counsellor who has worked in a variety of charity settings. I aim to offer a down to earth, safe and effective space for you to understand what’s going on in your life at the moment. I’m interested in skills that you’ve built and will work with you to identify goals and strategies that you want to develop to live more comfortably. I split my working life between counselling and working for women’s anti-violence charities. I use the knowledge I’ve developed in these roles to support people recover from trauma and harm – making changes in sustainable and safe ways.

I work with adults facing a range of life issues and transitions and enjoy working with young people 12 – 26.

I have lived and learned experience of autism and neurodiversity.

My qualification is an advanced diploma in Humanistic Counselling, I’m a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their ethical framework and occupational standards.
