As a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I work with individuals who feel they will benefit from exploring any difficulties they’re experiencing. I’m happy to work with any issues you may have, in a safe and supportive space, to help find some resolution.
The way I approach counselling allows me to offer you vital support and understanding during difficult and painful periods of your life. The journey we take together will help with your continued personal development, rebuilding and finding a path through life that meets your own values and gives you a sense of independence and autonomy.
If you feel you would like to make changes to your life, I offer the space to help you achieve that.
I will always be led by you and what you want to achieve from our time together. I will work hard to understand your world and how it affects you – and will always do this in a non-judgemental way. You can be sure that I will be genuine and open in our relationship.
I’m a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Ethical Framework, which contains the standards and principles for therapeutic practice. My qualification is an FdSc in Person-Centred Counselling (Brighton University).
