Whatever difficulties in your life have brought you to this page, I understand that sometimes life can be challenging, and at such times it can be hard to work things out alone.
I can you offer you a safe, comfortable and welcoming space to freely discuss and explore the things that you may not feel able to do with family and friends. With support and at your pace we will explore your experiences, worries and emotions, enabling you to move your life forward.
As a Humanistic counsellor, I believe that we all have the capacity for growth, healing and change within us – so my aim is to offer the reparative conditions for you to find clarity and empowerment to carve your own path. Our work, and your journey to wellbeing, will therefore be collaborative.
I will endeavour to understand your needs and listen carefully to what you’d like to achieve from counselling. Our sessions will provide a framework in which painful experiences or emotions can be processed safely and therapeutically. Together we will gain insight and unravel any patterns, feelings or behaviours that may currently feel confusing or stuck.
My experience is broad, but I have particular interests in relationships, postnatal issues and motherhood, self-esteem and issues surrounding eating and food. However whatever your own personal and unique struggle, I am ready to listen and talk about it with you.
