About:
As an Integrative Therapist, I use different modalities to fit my clients’needs, learning curves and communications styles, personality and states of mind. I also adapt to fit my clients ‘physical health, integrating body and mind work within the process of change.
I have been working as a Psychotherapist since 2004 and I am a Mindfulness Practitioner. I worked for the Brighton Housing Trust Recovery Project, a residential therapeutic community for people in early recovery from addiction. I also worked for the Priory in Hove (now Elysium Healthcare) within both the Cognitive Behavioural team with inpatients and outpatients on the general ward, and within the Addiction Treatment team. I have helped people through a wide range of issues using a variety of tools and methods to fit each person’s ways of being. I believe that we are all different and also that we all have a lot in common.
