I have experience of both short term and long term work and I have experience of working with a variety of issues. I call myself a Humanistic Integrative therapist as I draw upon a variety of approaches that fall under the Humanistic umbrella which include, Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt and Person Centred. I also ustilise creative and narrative approaches in a way that best fits your individual needs as they present themselves.
